컨조인트 분석
Conjoint Analysis
가상 제품·서비스 프로파일을 속성 (attribute) 의 조합으로 제시하고, 응답자의 선택·평가·순위로부터 각 속성과 수준의 부분가치 (part-worth) 를 분해하는 stated-preference 기반 선호 추출 기법. 시장에 출시되지 않은 신제품·정책 옵션의 수요·후생을 사전적으로 추정할 수 있어, 신기술 수용·요금제 설계·환경 정책 평가 등에서 표준 도구로 자리잡았다.

- 핵심 가정: 응답자의 효용은 속성 수준의 가법적 함수, 응답이 진실된 선호 (incentive compatibility 가정)

개요
Luce 와 Tukey (1964) 의 conjoint measurement 가 심리측정학적 출발점이고, 마케팅 응용은 Green 과 Rao (1971) 의 multi-attribute 평가 절차에서 본격화됐다. Louviere 와 Woodworth (1983) 가 choice-based conjoint 를 도입하면서 이산선택 모형 (특히 random utility model) 과 직접 결합됐고, 이후 mixed logit · hierarchical Bayes 추정의 발전이 개별 응답자 수준의 part-worth 회수를 가능케 했다. 환경 분야에서는 contingent valuation 의 가설편의를 보완하는 대안으로 자리잡았다. TEMEP 에서는 신기술 수용·통신 서비스·대안연료차·요금제 설계 등 미출시 제품의 수요 추정 이 필요한 모든 영역에서 anchor 도구로 쓰인다.
핵심 식·정의
응답자 의 대안 에 대한 간접효용은 속성 의 수준 와 part-worth 의 선형결합과 stochastic term 의 합으로 표현된다.
choice-based conjoint 에서는 가 IID Gumbel 분포라 가정하면 conditional logit 의 선택확률
로 우도함수가 닫힌형으로 도출된다. mixed logit (random parameter) 은 의 이질성을 분포로 모형화하고, Bayesian hierarchical 추정은 응답자별 part-worth 의 posterior 분포를 회수해 시장 시뮬레이션의 정밀도를 높인다. 추정된 part-worth 로부터 willingness-to-pay (속성 의 한계 part-worth ÷ 가격 속성의 part-worth) 와 시장점유율 시뮬레이션을 도출한다.
